Privacy policy

A Manhattan avenue with yellow cabs, people crossing and tall buildings

This policy explains what NYC Nose Job collects, why, and who sees it. NYC Nose Job is operated by an independent referral service. It is not a medical provider, and it keeps what it collects to a minimum. Last updated October 2026.

What the request form collects

The forms ask for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, your ZIP code or neighborhood, what you would like to talk about, when you are thinking of having a consultation, and a short message. The forms do not ask for your medical history, medicines, conditions, photos, age or date of birth. Please do not include them in your message.

Every form has a consent box that is never ticked in advance. By ticking it you agree that NYC Nose Job may share your request with one or more independent providers in your area so they can contact you by email or phone about it. A record of that consent is kept with the request.

Who your request is shared with

Your request is shared only with independent surgeons’ offices in the New York City area that can answer it, and with the service providers that run this website and its email. It is not sold to anyone for any other purpose. Once a provider has your request, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with it.

Cookies and site statistics

The site may use basic cookies and visit statistics to keep pages working and to count visits. These do not identify you by name.

How long details are kept

Requests and consent records are kept only as long as needed to pass them on and to show that consent was given, and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details held about you, to correct them or to have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent for future sharing at any time. Send your request through the contact page and write “privacy” in the message, or email info@nycnosejob.com. Withdrawing consent does not undo a request already passed on; ask the provider who contacted you to delete it too.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It does not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy
